Be Johnny is back out on world-tour with Dream Theater. We had some amazing pre-production programming assistance in our Los Angeles studio from Bryant Place, who is a total wiz with the Lemur. Johnny is calling the shots, as Director of our Video road crew, and we added the lovely and talented Paul Sangster from Future Lighting to the Camera & Projector team. Stay tuned for updates from the...

Very nicely done mini-documentary on the reigning kings of live AV / VJs in the UK.  It’s also an excellent primer on the history of VJ culture.

Just finished this video mix for Steve Nalepa’s upcoming Flatlands CD/DVD release. We used original footage that was shot while we On Tour in Scandinavia last winter and then performed the remix in realtime with Vidvox VDMX here in our LA studio. Nalepa’s audio track is called 4th of July. 4th of July (v.2) - DeKam vs Nalepa from Be Johnny on Vimeo.

We think its great that Josh is back in the public eye, even if he’s portrayed a bit in nefarious light. Johnny has worked with Josh over the years as a video whiz, beginning with Psuedo.com, and on various subsequent projects. We Live In Public TRAILER...

We were added to a new video channel on Vimeo created for VideoMovingSystems (VMS) projectors in Vienna. Here is a good video from this new channel that addresses the question “What does a VJ do?” Vj’ing is about more than cool toys and cool software from professor thrill on Vimeo.
